As a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Samira applies a product-led and Agile approach to every engagement, ensuring alignment between business goals and user experience. A certified PRINCE2® Practitioner and ITIL® professional, Atinuke bridges business strategy with operational excellence, bringing structure, clarity, and empathy to complex transformation projects. Her expertise spans travel, corporate operations, and service design, where she has delivered initiatives that improved performance, agility, and customer satisfaction.

Before co-founding Sasa Fusion, Atinuke contributed to major transformation programmes across the UK, UAE, and Nigeria, working with teams to optimise operations, improve customer journeys, and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
